Ronnie Coleman is the world’s most successful bodybuilder. He’s won bodybuilding’s premier competition, Mr Olympia, eight times. That’s more than anyone else in the world, including Arnold Schwarzenegger. Ronnie was recently in China to promote his own brand of protein supplements. CRI’s Dominic Swire caught up with him to ask how he started bodybuilding, what he eats and whether it’s really possible to succeed in the sport without taking drugs.
